This year, Sustainable Salons Australia are thrilled to join Brett McKinnon from Murphy Gozzard in assisting with the the 2016 Rough Threads Events!
The first two events of the year have already been held, one building off the success of the other. Our co-founder Paul was there volunteering with the Murphy Gozzard team doing hair cuts alongside our member salon @WildGingerBeauty who was offering her beauty services for the day. Two events are yet to be held in 2016. 
This past weekend was the second Rough Threads event at Darlinghurst. Such successful day was had by all! We had 9 hairdressers in attendance who cut the hair of 92 people in just 3 1/2 hours- really just beyond amazing!!
The next upcoming Rough Threads event is to be held July 10 in Villawood -- we're still seeking volunteers for the event, if you're able to help, please email info@sustainablesalons.com.au for further details & information.
